Climate
All year round you can enjoy temperatures of around 28ºC. The humidity can get up to 82%. The most rain falls between July and October, but it can occur throughout the rest of the year as well.
Rock Islands
The famous Rock Islands are a group of green islands covered in foliage with a few bright white sandy beaches. You can reach the islands by boat. The waters around these little islands are filled with wrecks of Japanese planes and WWII military ships. Because these wrecks are on the bottom of the sea for a very long time already, corals, anemones and heaps of fish call them their home.

Blue Corner
This dive spot is one of the best known places to dive in throughout Micronesia. The currents can be very strong at this dive site and there for reef hooks are sometimes used to make diving at Blue Corner more comfortable. On the vertical walls that can be found on both sides of the reef you'll find manta rays and eagle rays, turtles, reef sharks and many more different species of fish.
Reef hooks are metal hooks that are secured to a piece of rock or dead coral. A rope goes in between the hooks and you can attach you're BCD to the rope. The reef is not damaged by the hooks, because they are only used on rocks and dead coral and you don't have to find rock to hold on to.
