Western Australia, The State of Excitement
That's what the old license plates in Western Australia used to say. And that can't be more true! The largest state of Australia is definitely worth a visit, because it has lots of truly magnificent dive sites. Western Australia has a very good climate for scuba divers. The south western part around Albany is more temperate with temperatures between 14ºC and 32ºC in winter and summer. Perth is a great city with lots to see and do and it is also the place to be if you want to do some scuba diving on Rottnest Island. A small paradise by itself. The further you go up north, like Exmouth, the more tropical it gets. And so does the temperatures.
