Explore in many ways

Scuba gear

Australia has so much to offer for scuba divers. There are hundreds of colourful coral reefs that you can explore and marine life unlike anything you've ever seen anywhere else in the world. This continent has so many diverse dive sites like the most popular one, the Great Barrier Reef in Queensland. On the southside border with Queensland you'll find the magnificent dive sites of New South Wales.

If you go more to the south you'll find the kelpforests and spongebeds of the temperate waters of Tasmania and South Australia. In Western Australia lies the beautiful marine park of Ningaloo Reef.
It's less popular than scuba diving in the other states of Australia, but it's really worth it to pay the Northern Territory a visit as well. You can find some beautiful shipwrecks and other dive sites in the Top End.

Australia also has quite some old navy ships that are scuttled especially for diving purposes. Of course there are many other shipwrecks on which you can make fantastic dives. Make a shore dive, do a one day trip on the reef or go for an ultimate diving holiday on a liveaboard tour! Anything you have ever wished for in scuba diving, you can find it here!
